We believe that informed and critical minds are the foundation of leadership, democratic participation, and social change.
CNL is a nonprofit that nurtures young leaders from marginalized and displaced communities. Our work began in Delhi in 2021 and evolved into the Centre for Nurturing Leaders in 2024. We focus on communities experiencing the impacts of mining, industrial development, displacement, and social exclusion, where young people are often excluded from decisions that shape their lives.
